Stay in control of your data
Anywhere AI gives you transparency over the information held about you and full control to remove it. From this part of your account you can review stored data, see how much you have used, and delete your account or uninstall whenever you decide to.
What you can do
- Stored-data report — a full GDPR export of the data Anywhere AI holds about you, with per-table row counts, expandable sample rows, and a Download as JSON button.
- Daily usage — review your usage against your plan’s limits. This sits on the main account overview and covers session time, VNC and Web-to-Local minutes, terminal commands, file transfers, agentic projects and sessions, smart-automation projects, web-to-local setups, and your number of devices.
- Delete account — permanently remove your account and associated data.
- Uninstall — remove Anywhere AI from a device using the platform-specific command-line instructions shown.
Review what is stored about you
- Open Account and go to the stored-data report.
- Read through the report — it lists each table with its row count, and you can expand sample rows to see the actual data held.
- Optionally use Download as JSON to save the full GDPR export.
Delete your account
- Open Account and choose Delete account.
- Type the exact phrase delete account to enable the button.
- Confirm. This permanently deletes your account and data, ends your session, and cannot be undone.
If you only want to remove the software from a single device, use Uninstall instead, which keeps your account intact. The uninstall section shows platform-specific command-line instructions for macOS, Linux and Windows, each with a copy-to-clipboard button — run the commands for your operating system.
